Who We Are

Rock County Cancer Coalition

We are a non-profit organization that will provide financial assistance to cancer victims and their families in Rock County, Wisconsin. Our group is strictly volunteer. The coalition was formed in an effort to raise funds to help friends and neighbors through a difficult time.
We will be fundraising throughout the county by holding different events. Great Upland Cancer Shootout in March, Walk For Hope in late May, a half Marathon in late summer and a craft show in November. There are several other events in the planning stages. We will also be asking Rock County business for their support, either through monetary donation or hold event to help benefit RCCC.

Examples of the benefits that people may receive are gas cards for travel expenses for cancer treatment or Doctor visits. Paying for a prescription or some other type of financial need deemed necessary by the Board of Directors to help them while fighting Cancer. Benefits are distributed via a voucher. There are no cash payouts. Funds are available to anyone living in Rock County who is currently diagnosed with cancer and seeing a Physician. Verification of residence in Rock County is required.

Fund-raising events are organized by the members, and tax-deductible contributions from individuals are always welcome. To learn more about the Rock County Cancer Coalition, please contact a board member, send an e-mail, or write to us. Donations may be sent to Rock County Cancer Coalition, P.O. Box 2092 Janesville, Wi 53547 or visit our web page www.rockcountycancercoalition.org
