Who we are
Every year, more than 1,000 Rock County residents face a cancer diagnosis. Before Rock County Cancer Coalition was founded, financial assistance was difficult, if not impossible, for patients to secure. While many funds focus on cancer research or medical services, the personal financial strain experienced by individuals and families during cancer treatment was not being adequately addressed.
Our purpose is to provide much-needed financial relief through grants for Rock County residents currently undergoing cancer treatment. Grant funds may be used for rent or mortgage payments, utilities, phone, cable or internet bills, insurance, and car payments.
